This deer recognizes that most car washes sell Rain-X. He's doing his part to remind humankind of a step they can take to hit the road and NOTHING ELSE.
Is that a billboard? Maybe once, but now a giant, inanimate and potentially ceramic deer is using it to express his First Amendment rights.
